Commission Terms of Service

Payment
- You must be 18 years or older to order a commission. No exceptions.
- Payment is due upfront before work will begin. Payment plans are available for orders $250+.
- Payment is received through Paypal invoice.
- A full refund will be issued if I am unable to complete your commission. Should you cancel your commission mid-production, partial refunds will be issued. Should you cancel your commission after coloring has begun, no refund will be issued.Subject Matter

- ✅: suggestive and NSFW (I'm generally kink-friendly, but cannot guarantee I'd be the right fit for your taste. Feel free to ask!)

- Commissions are completed in order as laid out in my Trello Queue. Please communicate any hard deadlines upfront in your application.
- Visual references of characters and relevant props are required (Please keep written descriptions to a minimum. NO AI REFERENCES.)
- Stick figure doodles representing specific poses are acceptable.
- I will message you when your slot is next and will keep open communication throughout art production.
- Revisions are accepted at the sketching stage. Minor edits are accepted after the inking and coloring stage.
- Your final commission will be delivered in web-friendly .png and full-resolution .tiff for printing
- You will be notified of any delays or blocks on my end.Rights and Ownership
- You retain full rights of your character(s) and personal, non-commercial rights to the final artwork.
- I retain all commercial rights to the final artwork, including liscence to sell prints**
